Okay! Now that you have clarity on what your Perfect Dream Wedding looks like, it's now time to set your budget and figure out your priorities!
Too often, brides just jump into the planning, don't set a budget, and just play everything by ear.
But honey, if you don't have a plan for your budget, then how in the world can you keep it on track?
If you do this, then what ends up happening is that you start spending money on things you think you should do and things you think are important.
And before you know it, you've spent wayyyyyy more than you want to! On things that actually aren't super important to you.
And because of that, things that you you DID really want, you now don't have enough money for.
Well, we DON'T want that to happen to you! :)
Which is why we have this step. In here, you're going to sit down with your fiancé, figure out tangible budget, and talk about your TRUE priorities.
Because here's some wisdom for ya right here: Not everything on that to-do list is a priority, love!
Together, we'll think through what is a priority for you? What are the most important things to you as a couple? What are your non-negotiables?
When you ride off at the end of the night in the limo, what made your wedding day absolutely perfect?
Because when you know your budget, and when you know what to spend it on (your priorities), then you can MAXIMIZE that budget! And things you didn't think you could afford, you're able to find room for!
By the end of Part 3, you will...
This fourth part is alllllllll about planning and putting those details together!
Sooooo many brides jump in and try to plan EVERYTHING all at once! (If this is you, don't feel badly! You're in the right place.)
And this leads to SO much chaos, stress, confusion, and hair-pulling.
Which is why, when we plan your wedding together, we'll plan everything using the Rule of 1 and the Rule of 3!
The Rule of 1 is that you're only going to plan ONE thing at a time. That's it! Just one! So if you're looking for your venue, then we won't go on and look for your caterers or another vendor until you have your venue booked!
And for each big vendor that you need (venue, DJ, photographer, bartenders, etc.), you'll only have 3 options at a time. So for your venue, you'll be looking at Venue A, Venue B, and Venue C.
No other options! Until you mark one of the venue options off the list. Why only 3?
Well, have you ever heard of Analysis Paralysis? When you have too many options on the table, you're paralyzed! You can't make a decision! And they all blur together.
So by using this rule (one thing at a time with no more than three options for each at a time), planning all the details will be wayyyy simpler, easier, and less stressful for you!
And you'll have our wedding planning timeline and checklist that will tell you exactly which task to plan when. You'll know, "Okay, I need to focus on this task today!" And then when you finish that task, then you can simply go onto the next one. :)

In this step, we're going to plan your wedding using the Rule of 1 and the Rule of 3!
