Our day starts early as a wedding planner! Before diving into the hustle and bustle, we always start our day with Scripture and reading His Word. “I will meditate on Your precepts, And contemplate Your ways. I will delight myself in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.” Psalm 119:15-17
We also take some time to pray over our couples. We believe in the power of prayer and the importance of intentionally praying blessings over you, your wedding day, and your marriage. We pray for clarity and wisdom from the Holy Spirit and that every detail that we plan aligns perfectly with His will. It’s our way of starting the day with purpose and intentionality, knowing that we’re not just organizing an event but also partnering with the Lord on what He wants for your wedding day!
We love to begin every planning session with prayer when we meet with our couples, whether it’s the first planning session or a detailed review of the final touches. These moments of seeking His face remind us of the most important things — to do everything unto the Lord, to glorify Him, and to serve our couples with love and dedication.

After spending time with the Lord, it's time to dive into one of the most crucial parts of our day – connecting with vendors and venues. With our cups of coffee (or tea!) in hand, we start making calls and sending emails to our trusted network of vendors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with florists, photographers, caterers, and venues ensures your wedding day runs smoothly and that no detail is missed!
Our job as wedding planners is to make sure everything happens as it should, that every vendor knows the details, and that everyone is on the same page. We act as the bridge between your vendors and every detail coming to life as you envision it! Whether this is through email or final planning video calls, we ensure no detail is left to chance. We send over detailed timelines, specific shots that are important to you that you want your photographer to get, and even maps that show vendors where to park and unload.
We also love just staying in touch and catching up with our vendors that are in our network! It’s so much fun to see what the Lord is doing in their lives, how their businesses are going, and what the latest trends are in the industry.
Networking isn't just about business; it’s about building a community, fellowshipping with each other, and encouraging one another! We know the best venues and wedding businesses in Dallas and have personal connections with their managers, which means we can often secure exclusive deals or prime amenities that you might not find on your own. It’s so much fun working with vendors who have the same vision and faith as we and our couples do.
Because it is a team effort! And we’re in the middle of it, orchestrating everything perfectly. Our job is to secure all the details, knowing that each vendor is ready to deliver their best for your special day. And yes, if any hiccups arise, we’re right there to smooth things out, turning potential stress into something you didn’t even know happened!

Afternoons are reserved for in-depth planning sessions. Whether meeting in person or via video call, we sit down with our couples to discuss every detail of their wedding. From color schemes to seating arrangements, no detail is too small. And yes, we always start these meetings with a prayer, asking that His hand would guide us and give us peace with every decision.

As the day winds down, we focus on email outreach. We send wedding planning freebies to our email list, offering valuable tips and resources to help couples navigate the planning process. These freebies are a great way to share our expertise and support couples who may be in the early stages of planning.
We offer a free wedding planning Facebook group for Christian brides who are seeking support with their planning! This group is a safe space where brides can share their experiences, seek advice, give encouragement, and find inspiration.
