This is our signature, high-touch service, and it's our personal favorite! But we're not just your typical wedding planners who plan a wedding for you, and that's it. We're here to do Kingdom work! And that means not just walking with you through the planning process so you have an amazing wedding, but we continue to walk with you even into your marriage so that you're equipped for a healthy, Christ-centered, fulfilling relationship.
Through the hundreds of weddings that we've done, we've realized that planning a wedding is only one crucial piece to enjoying every moment of your big day! The other two necessary pieces are working through your emotions (because we know wedding planning is bringing up all sorts of feelings for you!) and preparing your marriage (because that's ultimately what this is all about).
We're all about keeping the planning process as easy, simple, and streamlined as possible! So we break the planning process up into 3 different phases: Planning, Design, and Execution. During the Planning phase, this is when we're focusing on clarifying your wedding vision, creating your budget, and hiring your vendors. The Design phase is when we swoon over color palettes, themes, and florals so that everything looks cohesive and absolutely gorgeous! The Execution phase is all about finalizing those last-minute details, creating the floor plan, confirming details with vendors, and making every part of your day go off without a hitch!
Wedding planning brings up a lot of insecurities, doesn't it? You're feeling the pressure to people please, you have anxiety because you want everything to be perfect, you're feeling unsure about asking your family and friends for help...All of these emotions seem to come out of the woodworks, don't they? Feelings you might not have realized were even there!
The Lord is using your wedding as an opportunity to gently reveal parts of your heart that haven’t been fully surrendered to Him. And He's bringing these insecurities up at the perfect time! Why? Because you’re about to get married! You’re about to become one flesh with your future husband. And He wants you to address them before going into marriage, instead of burying them. Because they will come back up eventually, but they won’t just be affecting you at that point in time. They're going to affect your significant other MUUUUCH more when you're their wife than when you were their girlfriend or fiancé.
And until you address these insecurities, they're going to keep you from enjoying every moment, both during the planning process and on the wedding day. You could have the most flawless, amazing, magazine-worthy wedding ever, but if you're bogged down by these internal feelings, then you won't be able to enjoy any of it! And it's going to hinder your excitement and preparation going into marriage.
This is why during the planning process, we have one-on-one prayer sessions with you to help work through these emotions, because trying to face your feelings on your own can feel like opening up a huge can of worms. But we work with you in these sessions to help you find freedom from burdens that you aren't meant to carry. Freedom from lies that you've learned to believe over the years. Freedom from those critical, accusatory voices that have burrowed their way deeply into your heart. These sessions help you find freedom in Christ so you can release these fears and insecurities and walk into your wedding day and marriage without this heavy baggage.
This is the third essential piece to enjoying every moment of your day. You wouldn't even be having a wedding unless you were getting married! This is what it's ultimately about. And as your wedding planners, we not only equip you for a great wedding, but we equip you for a great marriage, as well.
The way we do this is through our Christian premarital counseling program! Tom and Debbie Green lead all our premarital counseling sessions, and they've helped over 100 couples build Christ-centered, fulfilling marriages. By discussing God's heart for marriage, the influence of family and friends, communication, conflict resolution, finances, and sexual intimacy, you and your future husband will have a strong foundation for a healthy, joyful, and long-lasting marriage before the wedding day.
By having our support with these different pieces (your wedding, your heart, and your marriage), you don’t have to navigate the overwhelming logistics, the emotional rollercoaster of wedding planning, or the unknowns of marriage on your own. We're not just here to make sure your venue is perfect on the wedding day, but to ensure that your emotional and spiritual health are, too.

We'll coordinate your rehearsal for you. All you need to do is show up, and we'll handle the rest!
Throughout the day, we'll keep the vendor team on track and on the same page so that everything flows smoothly!
Our team will line everyone up 15 minutes before the ceremony, ensure the ring bearers or best man have the rings, coordinate the processional, cue the musicians, coordinate the recessional, and usher your guests to cocktail hour.
Our job is to keep the night on track and running smoothly! We'll coordinate the Grand Entrance, all special dances, dinner, toasts, dancing, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, send-off, and any other special events!
We'll pass out all vendor tip envelopes for you throughout the night!
We'll ensure your get-away ride arrives on time and load up your luggage, food, and cake before send-off
We'll hand out wedding favors and send-off items to each guest at the end of the night.
We bring a fully-stocked emergency kit, and we also have a contingency plan to handle any and every hiccup that might come up!
Setup is not included in the base Wedding Coordination package, but you can add it on if you'd like! Our team will completely handle all setup so your family or wedding party can relax and enjoy the morning with you. Trust us, they will be thanking you!
Tear-down is not included in our base Wedding Coordination package, but we would be more than happy to add this on if you'd like our team to handle it!

Wedding planning brings up a lot of insecurities! Maybe you feel like your friends aren't excited for you, and you feel unsure about asking them for help. Or maybe you're really concerned about your wedding day not living up to those high expectations...Whatever you're feeling, these are deeply-rooted fears that are hindering you from being able to fully enjoy your special day! So we'll have 1-hour prayer sessions throughout your engagement, where we ask the Holy Spirit to break through these fears and give you the freedom to plan and enjoy every part of your wedding.
Unlimited communication via email, text message, Voxer, and/or WhatsApp. We use whichever form works best for you!

Honeymoon planning is included with our services, depending on where you go! We work with exclusive travel agents who can plan your getaway cruise, US honeymoon, and certain international trips for no extra cost! For all other honeymoon destinations, our travel agents can plan anywhere you want to go as an add-on service!

When you work with us, you don't get a "bon voyage" wedding planning process. As in, we don't get you to your wedding day and then say, "Bye! Have a great life together!" We build an ongoing relationship with Kingdom marriages. You can come back to Tom and Debbie, your premarital counselors, with questions after you get married. They are always available for marital counseling. And the same goes for our prayer sessions! If you ever need help working through your tough emotions and strongholds, please reach out! The journey of sanctification and healing is an ongoing process; God will always continue to do a work in you! We are not just a wedding planning business; we are a ministry that supports your marriage and walk with Christ for the long-term.
