This is our signature, high-touch service, and it's our personal favorite! Getting the opportunity to walk with our couples for a year or more, plan every detail with them from start to finish, and encourage them in their faith is such a blessing! Most of our couples hire us before locking in their venue, so we handle things from the very beginning. From nailing down the wedding vision and budget to creating the custom design board to making sure things go flawlessly on the wedding day, we do it all!
Note: Due to the extent of this service and how much we devote to our couples, we only take on 5 full-service weddings per year.

2 planning meetings one month before your wedding to go over every single detail with your lead day-of coordinator
Before the wedding, your coordinator will make a visit to the venue and meet with the venue manager to ensure everything is ready to go for the big day!
We'll reach out to every vendor before the wedding to finalize all details, guest count, and logistics.
Honeymoon planning is included with our services! We work with an exclusive travel agent who will plan your romantic getaway anywhere in the world!
Communication with your parents and wedding party before the big day to introduce ourselves, relay important details, and answer any questions they have.
We'll coordinate your rehearsal for you. All you need to do is show up, and we'll handle the rest!
On your wedding day, our entire team will be there to execute everything to perfection! You will have your lead coordinator, your bridal attendant (to tend to you, your groom, the bridal party, and the family), and a full setup team so that every moment goes smoothly.
Our team will handle the setup of all your personal items, place settings, and escort cards, as well as oversee all vendor setup.
On the wedding day, we'll be there first thing to greet and oversee every vendor. Throughout the day, we'll keep the vendor team on track and on the same page so everything flows smoothly!
Our team will line everyone up 15 minutes before the ceremony, ensure the ring bearers or best man have the rings, coordinate the processional, cue the musicians, coordinate the recessional, and usher your guests to cocktail hour.
Our job is to keep the night on track and running smoothly! We'll coordinate the Grand Entrance, all special dances, dinner, toasts, dancing, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, send-off, and any other special events!
We'll pass out all vendor tip envelopes for you throughout the night!
We'll ensure your get-away ride arrives on time and load up your luggage, food, and cake before send-off
We'll hand out wedding favors and send-off items to each guest at the end of the night.
We bring a fully-stocked emergency kit, and we also have a contingency plan to handle any and every hiccup that might come up!
Tear-down is NOT included with Wedding Management, but you can add this on for an extra fee if you'd like our team to handle it!

In this step, we work through any baggage that's holding you back from planning YOUR Perfect Dream Wedding (instead of everyone else's!)
Maybe you're a bride who has a thousand different ideas that you want for your wedding! Or maybe you're a bride who has absolutely no clue what you want! Regardless which one you are, this step will give you a super clear vision on exactly what you want your Perfect Dream Wedding to look like. We'll walk through every part of your wedding together so that what you actually want comes to the surface, and we'll create a vision board that you can use throughout your planning!
So many brides jump into the planning without setting a budget, and that's like going in blind! In this step, we'll create a tangible budget that you're comfortable spending on your wedding. Then, you'll actually sit down with your fiancé and figure out which things are the MOST important to you. This is so you can maximize your budget and make room for the things you didn't think you could afford!
In this step, we're going to plan your wedding using the Rule of 1 and the Rule of 3! We'll only focus on ONE thing at at time (your venue, caterer, dress, etc.), and you'll only have THREE options at a time to prevent the overwhelm of having too many options to choose from! You'll have your customized timeline and to-do list, that tells you every single task to do and when they need to be done by.
Now that your entire wedding is planned, you can now enjoy your day! With everything being taken care of, even the things that come up unexpectedly during the day, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy every moment.
You'll have access to all our wedding planning timelines, checklists, spreadsheets, and resources, from questions to ask your vendors to the tiny things you didn't even think about!
This is what we'll be using throughout your entire planning! It will have your own customized budget and timeline, and it will keep everything organized, from vendor payments to wedding dresses to hotel accommodations.
