MADDIE’S & SEAN’S PERFECT DAY
Maddie and Sean are the perfect couple for each other! Maddie works with children, and Sean is a professional baseball player; how cool is that! Their love for each other was so evident every single moment of their wedding day. You could tell they’re so crazy about each other and love having fun! (I mean, Sean’s face tells it all!)
It was quite the relaxing morning! Everyone arrived bright and early to the Stone Crest Venue in McKinney, TX, and there was plenty of time to transform the room into a stunning reception area.
The ceremony was taking place outside, and the weather was absolutely gorgeous! It rained the day before and the day after, so God definitely blessed everyone there!
The only thing was the wind, so the outdoor decor needed to be weighed down with stones, but everything was good after that!
Hanady Cruz with Artistry is Everything arrived to do all of the ladies’ makeup, while Meghan with Tousled came to work on their hair. Everyone turned out so beautifully! Gosh, they were so stunning in these pictures!
Flower Wall Dallas brought the white and pink flower backdrop with a “Forever” neon sign. It was definitely a hit during the reception, and it added so much to the room!
Market Street arrived with the cake and the flowers, DFW Bartending came to set up for cocktail hour, and Patriotic Pig was close behind to set up the elaborate BBQ buffet. Brisket, sausage, salad, mac n’ cheese, potato salad, green beans, rolls…Everything was so delicious!
Lorena Burns with Lorena Burns Photography began snapping beautiful photos. Gosh, all her shots were so gorgeous!!
Maddie & Sean’s only request for the ceremony was for it to be short and sweet, and short and sweet it was! We started EXACTLY at 5:00pm, and they walked back in the doors around 5:10pm. Now THAT’S what you call short and sweet!
The weather was beautiful, the ceremony was so intimate and special, and everyone was looking forward to the food and celebration to follow!
While the family and wedding party were taking their photos, the guests were ushered inside to the appetizers and cocktail hour. Free beer and wine for everyone! Well, except the kiddos. They had apple juice. :)
The guests absolutely loved the flower wall and had such a great time snapping their selfies, DFW Bartending did an amazing job serving up the guests’ drinks, and Patriotic Pig served delicious sliders and finger foods!
Maddie and Sean had their grand entrance down Stone Crest’s gorgeous staircase, and everyone was so excited! Her dress was absolutely stunning, and it fit her figure perfectly.
The night followed with the first dances, some quick toasts by the best man and bridesmaid, dinner, and then DANCING!
The Matt Brooks Band really lit up the dance floor with their country hits, and the guests had so much fun!
The party went well into the night, and the newlyweds were happily sent off with sparklers.
What a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple!
Maddie and Sean, I am beyond happy for you both! Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of your special day. It was such an honor being able to help you with it!
